She took residence in New York City to pursue her love of art and photography. Later becoming an artist exhibited in Mexico City, New York, and New Orleans.
Lisa briefly attended Loyola University before moving to New York City to attend Fashion Institute of Technology, attaining associate degrees in Applied Science of Fashion (1981) and Photography (1983). After graduation, she took residence in New York City freelancing to pursue her love of art and photography.
